"When adding the location of our condo to Google maps I happened to notice the overall review was shockingly low. When I read through them I realized none of the negative reviews were from actual guests. Yes, there is an attendant at the beach as it is private. Yes, they do discourage people who trespass beyond the 20 foot rule onto the private beach. Although I guess I can understand this offending some people I do not feel you should be able to rate a business without being an actual customer. The beach is beautiful, the building is gorgeous, and the location cannot be beat."

"This 1900-98 Condo Complex is outstanding. It’s new, fresh, modern and in the middle of it all. The private beach space and service is another main reason we love it here. Nate is so hospitable and does a great job keeping the public out of the space that we pay for. We have stayed here twice this summer in two different units and are booked for next summer. Reserved parking in the garage, workout room, rooftop pool and amenities that rival the best rentals in the world rock! Wouldn’t change a thing. ⛱"

"The self righteous beach patrol BOY was extremely rude and disrespectful needs to learn better manners must not have got very many hugs as a child. I nor my wife were intoxicated and we merely took a moment to take a break from the sun on their clearly empty beach chairs . The boy in question used extremely vulgar language and was aggressively moving towards me as I was leaving he obviously has issues as I'm not the only one to complain of his actions (see beach lovers) comment"

"Scott Baumgartner (who left a review below) was not a guest at 1900. He was staying at a hotel nearby and using the adjacent public beach. Visibly toxicated, he and his wife decided to commandeer some *actual guests’* beach chairs for themselves that were clearly reserved for a family of four. The beach guy professionally asked them to leave and Scott took extreme issue with being asked to get up from *someone else’s* chairs, and he complained that the beach guy let a pair of 15 year old girls quickly take a couple photos in a pair of unreserved chairs a couple hours before and said it was unfair that he was being asked to not use the chairs when the teenagers did. Before Scott stumbled off toward his hotel, he claimed he will “never be renting a condo now” and promised to write a review. While it doesn’t happen often, I’m glad the beach guy is there to ensure people like Scott Baumgartner, who gets jealous of teenage girls, don’t ruin others’ beach vacations."
