"Probably the worst experience with a dentist: I got a crown on a front tooth, very visibly a different color than the rest of my teeth. I was disappointed, but got a secondary opinion from another Dentist and learned that sometimes takes a couple of trials to match the color. I called back to see if they can fix the issue and make it match. The response was that there is nothing they can do. I am wondering if this dentist would tolerate a tooth with a different color among his own front teeth? BTW, never bleached my teeth. The nurse recommended to use 3D whitening from Crest and I did. So sad to see action of the dentist and the reaction of the staff."

Office ladies are always smiling and attentive. But my personal hygienist is outstanding. Miss Jacqueline explains everything she is doing or about to do. "This practice is hands down THE very best in Pensacola. Trust me I've done the legwork and had just about given up on finding a practice like the one at McCreary Dentistry. I left a message asking for someone to call back to schedule a new patient appointment. Within just a few minutes the lovely and talented Samantha called me to do just that. I explained I am slightly dental phobic and she was happy to listen to me and then explain their philosophy for people in my situation. Got a next day appointment as someone cancelled while we were speaking! Today I encountered Christina who kept me laughing while she completed my x-rays and initial exam prepping me for the big guy, Dr. McCreary, to review my x-rays and make suggestions on what we need to do to get me back on track. I enjoyed my visit and particularly the laid back easy going vibe of the entire staff. This is an incredible group of dental professionals that put you right at ease and don't try to bankrupt you when it comes time to schedule out the procedures needing done. Jennie was fantastic when it came to scheduling and did her best to get me squared away with several appointments and had the costs with my insurance figured in no time flat! Bottom line: No dental practice I've encountered in the Pensacola area could hold a candle to the excellent group that makes this practice one STELLAR experience. When was the last time you looked forward to a trip to the dentist. There is no way you will ever go back to your old dentist when you walk through the doors of McCreary Dentistry!"
