"We called to see if a battery we bought there was under warranty and Lillie checked and said yes it was. She told us the store close at 9 pm so we had 10 minutes to get there. We told her we were on the way. Got there and the new battery was on the cart and she was ready to check us. We walked in and out. She went above and beyond and showed that she truly cared. The battery was for my 16 year old’s car. He was so appreciative that he went back to personally thank her for all her help. This makes you want to go to that store because of the service we received."

"I purchased a headlight bulb from this location and the tech replaced the broken one. He said that all the techs do this, including parts such as wipers and batteries. He was literally a life saver because I was traveling alone and it was raining horrifically and getting dark."

"I bought a battery a year ago from O'Reilly in Okeechobee. I was having battery trouble, and AAA recommended I go back to O'Reilly . I told them the issue. The person behind the counter went out to my Jeep, came back into the store, grabbed a battery and a cart, changed my battery for me, and didn't charge me A DIME! He said everything was completely warrantees! It is so wonderful to know that there are still honest people in this world who don't take advantage.
