"I have been going to firestone for over 25 years. I have a firestone credit card. I am outraged with the work that was performed and, also how I was treated. They kept my truck 4 days. I was lied to about the pricing when I double checked with Ford Who is the highest. During the work when I called to find out what was going on , I was told Your head technician had to leave on an emergency for the day to go to another job seriously? And it was not work for fire stone, it was at another job. Not only did I pay a lot of money. The problem is not fixed and also my gages Now are all messed up which they never have been. The only bright spot at your facility in Plantation is your 1 customer serv rep, Mitch Rivera He tried to do the best for me considering he was not working on some of those days. mitch, Has helped me out through the past And very honest and upfront like you should be like I am with my company I run. Now I have to pay more money to fix this. BOB YOUR HEAD MAG. IS Dishonest!!"

"Avoid this place, they are unprofessional and dishonest. I called to make an appointment for a specific time the following Saturday. When I came in at the appointed time, they had no record of my appointment at all. They had made a mistake, and wouldn’t own up to it. The “customer service” guy, Bob, acted like he couldn’t care less. I got the service done, and then Bob told me “the mechanic heard your brakes squealing.” My brakes had not been making any kind of noise at all. I brought in my car for an oil change, there was nothing wrong with my brakes. My brakes are fine and I told him so. He acted like he didn’t believe me. So either they were lying to me & trying to scam me, or the he was getting my car confused with someone else’s car. Neither option inspired any trust or confidence in this place. I will not take my car back here again. I don’t appreciate being lied to."

"Quoted over $1000 for two tires and an alignment. Once I regained consciousness the guy says "don't worry I got you" and prints out another estimate $63 less and heroically points to the new total. Yea, you don't got me... why wasn't it that price first? went to tires plus on University in Sunrise, purchased a higher rated tire and an lifetime alignment for literally half the cost and done in just over an hour. Shame on you Firestone."
