"I have my taxes done in H&R Block this year and it was a good experience cuz I didn't have to wait very long cuz I made an appointment day before but there wasn't but maybe one other person there when I got there so I didn't have much of a weight I felt as of the tax prepared to her time when doing my taxes listening to me and answering my questions I would definitely recommend H&R Block as far as tax preparing service"

"We set a one hour appointment to do our taxes, waited 30 minutes for our “set” time. Then they proceeded to just take our paperwork and do our taxes later since they had an appointment right after us (could’ve got it done if they saw us at our set time)…but they finally did our taxes two weeks later and we proceeded to pay our $800+ fee for them for doing so. SEVEN WEEKS go by and we have not received any tax returns or update on our taxes. Thankfully we called to ask them what’s going on, come to find out they never submitted our taxes due to not having my email. So for SEVEN WEEKS they knew they didn’t submit our taxes but didn’t bother to reach out to us but GLADLY took our $800+ fee. What a joke, the most unprofessional situation I have ever been apart of."
