"Very horrible experience ,they make a lot of promises and don’t deliver, order wheels on 8/1 of 2023 said wheels will be in October that came and went then said in November wheels will arrive , that came and went by this time the manger Ben told me I could have my money back at any point ,finally then said the wheels will be in on December 12th that came and went once again still nothing more hopeless promises ,came in on the 18th of December was told my wheels was still not in at this point I ask for my money back Ben the Manager told he change his my mind that was his prerogative , and He WILL NOT give me my money back , local authorities was called a report was given once I made it cleared I wanted my wheels or money back, Ben The Manager finally produced a tracking number & told me to come In on the 22nd my wheels was on a truck heading to Lakeland came in on the 22nd of December they only had 3 wheels no center caps and had no idea where the 4th wheel was or when will it be delivered After numerous talks and asking for my money back Ben the Manager finally gave my money back how do you not keep track of inventory or have no idea what’s on the delivery truck Total waste of my time and money Finding out others have been down this rabbit hole with this company Very sad"
