"Absolutely worst Customer Service. Agents are never in office, don't return phone calls, no follow up, messages to agents from receptionist go unanswered, phone calls transferred to voicemail. Promises are made , always broken. No responsibility for customer issues and complaints!!! Don't let the 5 Stars fool you - reviews and ratings were made by the agency themselves. Third agent I have been assigned to - the same all round!"
