"My insurance company sold their business to Acentria. I have had several terrible experiences with this company, well before Hurricane Ian. After Hurricane Ian, my agent NEVER returned my calls to file a claim. I had to call the corporate to file my claim. More recently, in the middle of March, I contacted them to re-shop my insurance, and after providing my 4 point inspection and Wind Mitigation to them on March 14, even though the agent promised to get back to me in a day or two, as of April 3, I have heard NOTHING. Don't waste your time with this agency!"
"I had about a 15 second phone interaction with this agency, after being a policyholder for many years. Shockingly unprofessional and lack of the most basic common decency and courtesy. I called for some "advice" on my hurricane claim and the answer was "I'm sorry we cannot help you with hurricane claims". I politely asked again, even stating that "I understand that you may not be able to resolve or even comment on the claim, i just have a process question". Next answer was even more acute....."i said we cannot help you". Shocked at the absolute lack of common professional courtesy, i even asked once more...."so you're stating that i cannot speak with anyone". "Yes, we cannot help you". By far the most unprofessional, discourteous exchange i have ever experienced, and I'm not normally one who would complain or write a negative review. The only reason i selected one star is that i couldn't select anything less. Horrible."

Lisa Baker went way above and beyond and found me great coverage that was thousands less than the next lowest company. She then worked with me through the entire process. I would highly recommend her and her agency!"
