This brokerage firm is scary. My policy under your expertise should never have lapsed. Your company lacks credibility. Ignorance is not an excuse in fully serving your client. Shame on you after many months and one call to Safeco they corrected their clerical error and my policy was reinstated promptly."

"Contacted them for help with getting new Homeowners Insurance since UPC was leaving state. Tim and John were both fantastic from beginning to end. I got a good rate from a good company and they made it easy. I will use them for car insurance once my policy is up with another company. 5 star customer service. It made finding Homeowners insurance for me less stressful. I contacted them again when my car insurance was coming up for renewal with Allstate. Tim got right in the ball and gave my information to Jonathan to see if he could save us money. I was emailed a couple hours later a new policy with Travelers for way less than Allstate. He was able to save us money with a year policy with same or better coverage and I get roadside with Travelers, I never had that with Allstate. I'm so impressed with this company. If I have a question I get an answer, Tim is wonderful to talk to and the customer service is outstanding. I recommend Bacarella Insurance if you are in the market for insurance, they will do you right. Very happy with the service and love if I have any questions I know I will get a response back. Jonathan was able to help my parents switch their homeowners and car insurance and was able to save them money too. I'm very happy with this company and the outstanding customer service."
