"The gentleman that helped me out seemed nice enough, until he called back explaining an error that he made with a date. To fully correct it took nearly a week. Of course, it's also the responsibility of the client to check their paperwork so that is my fault as well. Then, I called to see if there was any kind of proof to show I had insurance. He told me to wait and evaded my request. I called the insurance company directly and they solved my problem within the same hour that I was denied by my agent. Finally, I recieve a bill in the mail for an additional amount (I had originally paid in full), and it seems that is due to not being enrolled with direct payment (in six months it would have taken it out). The agent that helped me said he would put a phony account number and routing number so I would get that discount, which I felt uneasy with but he insisted. I would have been fine giving them my own account info, as that is my responsibility to follow up on. He has lost me time and a bit more money, that man should learn to do things right the first time. One mistake, sure, but 2, 3, 4 and its getting out of hand. P.s. I do know the agents name but will refrain from using it, as I'm sure hes treated many people well. Just sharing my experience so that the clients know what to look for/expect & to help improve the operation of that office. Thanks."

"This reviews is for one of your Agents specifically, his name is Frank and he has work with me for the past week trying to fix a Commercial Auto Insurance Certificate. Let's just say one of my clients is more than special when it comes to the requirements and the way the certificate is written, and no matter how we did it they would always fine something that we needed to fix. The experience working with Frank through all of this was amazing, fast back and forth communication, he made a very frustrating situation feel just like chatting with a friend. For me at least its worth more the quality of my agent than all the discount someone else can offer me, it just happen that in this case I feel I got a good deal base on my needs and an excellent agent that I know will be looking out for me past the sale of the insurance."
