I don’t know what his excuse was this time he said he was going to give me a refund through PayPal and it’s been a week and a half and I still have not gotten my money back. I will be filing with a better business bureau. Do not use this guy. He is a scam. 8/7/23 Still no wheels or tires. Still haven’t received anything. PayPal working on going after Curtis for my money.
