They sell you a car with great customer service , and after the sale, no one cares about your concerns or your expectations! I definitely will not be buying another Nissan!"

"Ok so this is weird to say but I LOVE this Nissan service shop. Pros: It is extreme well lit & pretty! So many bays No appointment needed! Just pull up to the express lane and they will take care of you. They have a ton of mechanics working so they will get you out fast. The service advisors were great and explained stuff to me. The service area looks like sooo technologically advanced. Like they should be working on the starship enterprise not my little car. And they have these huge windows so that you can see what they are doing to your car Cons Kinda tiny teeny bit expensive BUT there are coupons! Check the website for discounts"

"My experience with this service shop was not good. I have never been there with this car, but my husband had gone with another car,and he seemed happy. I made an appointment for 11 am. i was there 10 min early. when i called on the phone i was told that the diagnostic on my ac would take an hour to an hour and a half. So fine booked appointment. So i thought well i can wait for that and didnt arange for a ride home or to drop car off and pick it up. Also they dont offer rides back n forth...there was a sign on wall stating that fact. The first man i spoke to i felt i was waisting his time by trying to explain what the ac was doing in my car, rude in my opinion. He took the information and my car, when i told him i was waiting he said it would be 2 to 2 and a half hours. I waited 4 hours on the dot. The paperwork showed the time very clrarly and NOT ONE PERSON IN THE ENTIRE PLASE SAID THEY WERE SORRY ABOUT THE TIME OR THAT THEY EVEN CARED. I was not getting anything done there. I paid the 234.00 for the diagnostic test and left and will never be back . There loss we have 3 Nissan and we love them, but not this shop."
