"If you found ARS you found the right shop. From the time the tow truck dropped it off to the time I picked it up they were absolutely amazing. When I had it dropped off it ended up being after hours and they were still there to receive it, do an initial diagnostic and talk with me to get to know me and for me to get to know them. After that they were great with giving me updates on the progress. When it was done you could see that they take a lot of pride in their work. Until now I had almost always done the work on the car myself so looking at it I could see the little details to the work that shows it’s not just another car but treated it as if it was their own. Their pricing is very good, both on labor and parts pricing. The car service was quick and the customer service was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve already been recommending them to everyone I know and will be using them with more going forward. For me they get a perfect score, I have nothing negative to say about them."
