"Very fun place to thrift! You can find cool clothing pieces there. Workers are very nice and helpful. Parking lot very small so come early morning. Bring some water, it’s getting hot in here by lunch time. Otherwise good place to find clothes for super cheap price."
"PURCHASED 2 ITEMS ONLINE THEN AN INVOICE, 12.00 + 15.00 SHIPPING FEE! I have been buying from goodwill auctions for 12 years, NEVER have I paid MORE than what US Postal charges. The handling fee of 12.00 is from the same store. TOTAL WEIGHT OF ITEMS = .5 OZ. WHICH IS $5.50. I am so upset that I will make a video of the harassing emails from Goodwill & I will post online. GOODWILL USED TO HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED. WHAT HAPPEND TO THEM AND WHY? If I had lots of money, I would shop & BUY at stores that do NOT charge a handling FEE, THIS MUST STOP NOW!!"
"Have you ever watched a YouTube video or read a review that lead you to want to try a place? Well that is my story with Goodwill Outlet! I have seen so many YouTube goodwill outlet hauls where people find amazing items for very low prices. On my trip to Florida I was determined to stop by a Goodwill outlet. This appeared to be the closest one to where I was staying. Let’s first start with parking!!! It is chaotic!! I arrived around noon and there was no available parking in the lot. There is paid street parking, but even that is limited. Also, why would I want to pay to park and then go shopping at a goodwill outlet????! Since we could not find free parking I was just dropped off. I really had to use the restroom so that was my first order of business. I asked 3 staff and no one understood English!! Now maybe this is the norm in Miami. The security guard understood my request enough and helped me out. Long story short- the restroom at the outlet is not available. I was told to go next door to use the restroom. Next door is the building directly on the corner this is the traditional goodwill store. After I finally relieved myself I went back to the outlet. Now as I stated above, I came prepared, you know after watching all those YouTube videos!! I put on my gloves and started digging. This did not last very long. I think I checked out a total of about -9 bins and I was over it. Most of the items appear to be junk! I don’t know what the secret sauce is to actually find good items, but I don’t think I will ever find out! This experience was a bit overwhelming for me! I love a good deal, but I just don’t know that I love a deal so much that I am willing to dig through mostly junk to find a few slightly better than junk items . If this is something you don’t mind- knock yourself out!! Happy treasure hunting!"
"Professional staff clean environment been buying and receiving help from the services provided they give everyone a chance and are very friendly and down to earth individuals I recommend this place for disabled individuals veterans and whomever Cheap prices quality clothing and accessories for the home large variety of things too secure environment too"
"This is my favorite store! I go every chance I get. My closet is filled with clothes from here, and sometimes I’ll get lucky and find some cute little knickknacks as well. Some people turn their nose up at places like this because you have to ‘get your hands dirty’ digging for stuff, but I think it’s fun! Just take some Purell and you’ll be fine. :) It’s also easy to get to from the train, just get off at Santa Clara and walk less than a mile. I’m going again today! The main Goodwill located directly beside it is nice as well, it’s nothing special though. It’s the same as all the other ones. You can always find great stuff, but next door at the Pound Store is way more interesting and much cheaper. Try both! I might have to mention the parking.. It’s very, very crowded there so you will probably have to park far away or circle around a bunch to find a spot."
