"The 2 stars are only for great prices on tires. The service is terrible. They overinflated my tires and when I pointed it out they said that their tire pressure machine was not working properly. I could have had a bad accident and they couldn't care less. The person taking your information and "servicing" the desk is a guy that has no idea of what customer service means. Very indifferent and careless individual. His answers are sarcastic. Whoever is managing this location obviously has no pride."

"Went to get a punctured tire fixed (we had a complimentary service for getting the membership card), we were held there for TWO HOURS! With a baby, a senior woman and melting groceries. The guy served around 5 other customers in between. In the end, the guy told us off for getting in the car before he had instructed us to (It had all four tires on the ground already). Terrible horrible service."

"I have been to this location many times in the past to get tires installed on my car since 2008 but this time after 45 mins of paying for the service the tech came back and told me "it is company policy not to put custom rims back on a car". after he was trying to get me to take my business somewhere else, I told them that I already paid for it and to just put the tires on the rim and i will put the rims on the car myself. it took them over 3 hours to put 2 tires on 2 rims. I had to get a manager involved just to get my rims back. this was the worst service I have ever experienced at this location and no one seemed to care."

"I was told an hour and then it turned into 3.5 hours of excuses. Every time I went to check on the car the guy was working on someone else’s car and not mine. Then I finally got really mad about their procedure and everyone but the guy assigned to my car worked on getting it finished for me. Then a week later the tires start deflating. They fill them up and say they are fine. Now I’m stuck at home late for a client with two deflated tires and one completely flat on the ground. And what does management do to help me? Oh that’s not supposed to happen. We are sorry. Good bye. Never again sams"

"Go to Cotsco, it might be like $20 more in total but the service is 10x better!! Waiting time is not even close to what they say it is, they scratched my car, when I called to confirm if the vehicle was ready I was on hold for 35 minutes , and to top it off the staff in the front were super rude. Go elsewhere , the few bucks saved are not worth the hassle"
