"Hi I was there in December. I had to get some work done on my car, till now it seems the work was done well, although there is a strange noise being made when I turn the wheel. Anyways, they sold me two tires that I found out today were actually old. I bought them in December, and got a flat. Took it to a new shop and they said check the dot next time because those tires that they sold me as new had been made in 2018. Had to get 2 brand new tires because I was told those tires were unsafe. I find that an establishment as nice as theirs, selling old tires as new ones, is inconsiderate to the customer and unprofessional"

"Had oil change and other fluid change on 12/19/2023. We payed 124.91$. We mentioned specifically that we need anti coolant to be refilled. Manager said that they would refill all fluids. Later on when we take back our car the anti coolant fluid was not refilled. We need to drive again to the service. There was no apologize. No money back! Manager said it might be a leak and ask if we want to pay for the leak searching service. We denied and ask money back. Manager offered only refill the anti coolant fluid only. Company did not care about costumers. No excuse, no care about driving two times to the service, no coupon, nothing. We would strongly recommend to do not have service with that company, because they are not truthful and honest with costumers. They even cannot accept their mistakes and that is bad behavior."

"I have brought my car to Nova. Just because one of my tires leaked air overnight, and I just wanted to check on it. The staff was highly friendly and courteous. I waited for my car until they called me to say that the tire was good, and that they did not have to do anything for it, and that, they wouldn’t charge me for it. Some hours later, my tire had leaked air again. Therefore. I had to go to another shop where they have found a nail in it. What did they do ?"
