But here is my issue, my driver's front wheel had 1 1/2 inches loose and safety wise I don't know how this can be missed and both tie rods were frozen so it was impossible to align this car. So I feel that I paid for something that was never done! Now the assistant manager offered to speak with the boss on Monday but I did not have time so I went to Great Bear Automotive that did a perfect aliment on my car. I invited Weston Tire to issue a refund for the aliment and have a look to my used part to tell me that there was an alignment done on my car..."

"I went to get an oil change, foolishly deciding to skip the dealership for cost reasons. Two days later, I noticed significant oil stains in my driveway. Initially thinking it was from another car (it made no sense for my 8,000-mile car to have an oil leak), a colleague at work told me, "Your truck is leaking oil." We decided to open the hood, and the engine was covered in oil. At that moment, I realized they had spilled so much oil outside the engine that it had been leaking for two days. I called ahead before going and, upon arrival, spoke with the manager. He essentially considered it insignificant, attributing it to excess oil, which wasn't the case. They had spilled so much oil, and they decided to simply wipe it with a cloth. When I called earlier, they suggested a wash with a special liquid for such cases, which clearly didn't happen. The engine no longer has oil puddles everywhere, but there's still oil residue. I want to clarify that I didn't talk to the manager to get any benefits, not even a wash, because I no longer want anything to do with them; I just wanted them to return my car as I had entrusted it to them. At no point did I hear an acknowledgment of their mistake. Reviewing feedback, it seems they don't admit errors."

"I walked in without an appointment. Received a very friendly service by Jose and fixed my TPMS sensor for a very reasonable price! Definitely would recommend everyone to go check out the shop."

"$42+ tax, to fix a flat that we carried and don't even put it back in the trunk is a little bit expensive, but the coffee was fresh, and the wait time was less than 45 minutes. Terrible service definitely will not come back unless it's the last resource or mandatory. Repairing a flat tire cannot cost 25% of what a new tire costs. Not putting the tire back in the trunk and letting the customer do it after charging them almost 50 dollars is incredible. That is not the price of materials but the QUALITY of CUSTOMER SERVICE."

Very professional, the wait Times were excellent and best of all Ruben Fernandez. The gentleman in the front counter was phenomenal. Such a pleasurable experience for a small minor issue with my car and he specifically went above and beyond to assist me. It’s associates like Ruben Why companies do so well."
