They have a lot of great products too and a big variety to choose from. Great customer service from mike!"

"The guy who helped me was super nice. I bought a vape pen and it was defective so he asked me to return to the store and just swapped it out for another one. Very friendly guy! Not my first experience at this store and both times no problems!"

"This location is the worse I have seen. They have sold me in the past a bad vape pod kit, and the wrong size for a coil replacement, and REFUSE TO REPLACE Even though both times, I went right back to the store. 15 mins had passed at most. In addition, the employees they have working at this store have no clue about the products they sell, they never ever are able to answer questions about the products. It makes no sense they would have people that are not familiar with the products for sale in the store. But my main issue is how unprofessional this store conducts business by selling bad products and then not backing up the products they sell with their horrendous customer service. Even though i live down the street from this store, I will no longer shop here. I will take my business and money where it is appreciated. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and of course, I will contact my bank and do a charge back since they sold me a vape that doesn't even turn on."
