"Obtained gas on Sunday Dec 3 ‘23 for $45.00 with approval time at 18:47 using a gift card that had $101.44 remaining after purchase. On Dec 6 I tried to use the gift card and it was declined! The 7-11 Middle East employee at Nob Hill & commercial in Sunrise used the card twice on Dec 5 for $75.00 and then $26.44. Not that u care employee, I had to come down from Michigan for a funeral and the trip was a hardship for me as I’m on a fixed income. Really hope one day soon you you get what’s coming to you!"

"I went to the gas station to put 2 gallons of gas in my tank just to go to a cheaper gas station somewhere else.On my way home it shows I was charged 24 dollars instead of the 7 dollars I paid for gas. I attempted to call the store right after but of course the number on the internet for the store is busy. This just happened around 1pm."

"This station sucks. I’ve been here numerous times before 7-11 took over never a problem. Every time I come no mater what card I use it say see cashier. Mobil card, debit card or credit card. That’s BS in a time of COVID! I don’t want anything but fuel. Fix your pumps!!! I will not be pulling into this station again. Any other station around here all my cards work fine. Lost my business. Update over a year later it’s still a POS station."

"Horrible service due to Car wash not working right. I went in today paid outside like normal and the car wash machine froze. I called from my car and was advised to come inside and pay for the $12 wash. I went inside paid again $12 they finally gave me a receipt but I kept asking the guy to make sure that my card was not charged on the outside. He said nothing was charged, I asked again he said no only one charge( he wouldn't even research on it). I knew something was wrong because the screen outside said " thank you for your purchase" yet the car was machine was not blinking to let me know to enter. I finally got a car wash went home and in fact they had charged me twice the $12 wash. I went back to speak to a manager was given a BS lie about the manager not being in. I showed the Cashier( who re-set the car wash machine earlier for me, some Haitian guy who barely spoke English) the receipt of my credit card showing the double charge!!!. He continued to tell me lies about the manager not always coming in . I demanded my $12 refund for double charging me because their system froze up and they refused to listen to the customer. Never ever will I use this location for car washing or any other services. A place like this doesn't deserve my money."

"Employee who works there unable to accomplish the simple task of printing a receipt for me when the pump machine is out of paper. I paid $12 for a car wash which was added to the total receipt. I just needed the code to go through the wash. I made this abundantly clear to the cashier who then proceeded to hand me a receipt reprint for some other transaction of $10 cash. Since this wasn’t clear enough and there was a line he got all flustered. Made me wait for all the other customers to complete their purchases and then proceeded to further argue that he cannot find my purchase from the 10 min prior to the original system problem. He said only the manager can resolve this. I asked where is the manager he said “I don’t know just dispute it on your card”. What a complete jerk and useless employee."
