Publix Super Market at Welleby Plaza

"Please when I get back home with my sub please stop omitting cheese this is the second time I bought a sub and the cheese was not there I guess this is the disadvantage of not being able to see the person making the sub because the bread case is in the way. Please rectify this problem."

"I have been shopping with public whether groceries cost more or less than competitors I usually enjoy the shopping experience. However with that said this Welleby location is by far the worst as far as stocking the shelves items out of stock that are in stock at your stores 2 blocks away the remain out of stock for months or longer at at time. And the main pet peeve is the Deli Department. There’s a couple of bad seeds in that area. Most of the employees know my day for shopping is Monday. Most even pre slice my order or no salt added boars head turkey 3/4 pound and Lacey Swiss low sodium 1 pound. Both sandwich sliced and they have it already packed because they know I never miss a Monday and I can’t get there till 9:25pm-9:30pm. This is the first time when I got to the deli area that the entire meat and cheese case was empty and washed down as well as the blades in the washing machine by 9:47pm I work in this industry. Our rules are nothing gets cleaned or broken down till the last customer exits the store. If you want to close earlier change store hours till 9 or 9:30 but if you are letting customers in the door up till 9:59pn then those customers have a right to stocked shelves and fish and meat and deli products the same as a customer who comes at 8 in the morning. Now because of this deli situation I have to go to a competitor just for my weekly deli meats. I would find out the name of the employee that cleared the meat case 40 minutes before closing hours and show them this note and the inconvenience they caused me who spends $200 every Monday. Shame shame shame on the deli department. FYI items out of stock for 3 months 1- Pacifc Unsalted Bone Broth (all stores have plenty as well as fresh market ) 2- Amy’s low sodium Split pea soup. Out of stock since January this store only 3 Chloe Frozen Popsicles all flavors out of over a month all available at you other public locations. Welleby is not Wellbyme"
