"I did not have a good experience with this title company. I am a real estate agent and I work with various title companies so I do have comparison. This transaction involved a sale of a vacant lot and the biggest issue was lack of communication. I understand this wasn’t a million dollar deal but all of the clients should be treated seriously. To get any information I would have to call multiple times and leave messages because the contact person was unavailable. When I tried verifying whether my client’s money was received I was told somebody would call me back and they didn’t. I called again and I was told they are unable to access the file as the person responsible for it was out of office. I called again and finally someone was able to verify. In the meantime my client was freaking out that maybe she sent the funds to a scammer. We did not feel comfortable during this transaction and it seemed like other “files”were more important than ours."
