"If I could give ZERO I would. Unable to speak to anyone in the office. I have tried to contact via voicemail and email several times unsuccessfully. They will be happy to take your money but don't expect any customer service after that. I have been with this office for 24 months. and now moved my policy from Allstate."

"Communication is awful. They have a voicemail message that gives a string of numbers as the contact you’ve supposedly reached, no idea whom you are leaving a message for. Takes them days to get back to you, if at all. Incorrect information given by disinterested person in the office until I challenged it and she called someone else to check. They are happy to take your money but give nothing back in service. I have transferred to another agency."

"Went into the Allstate office today due to having trouble with the DMV. First I called and spoke with Samantha, she was wonderful help and let me know the directions on how to get to the office, when I came in Cynthia came out right away to help me. They were both really wonderful, and both had wonderful attitudes. I would love to come back to them as my agents."

"Terrible service. No one answers the phone. Incompetence. Tried for 6 weeks to get a policy update, called a different office and had resolution in 23 minutes. How does this office stay open?"

"Not sure how this is a real business. They certainly can't be trusted. They don't answer the phone, or they hang up after they do. So, you go there in person, and they are arguing with each other and complain about their boss openly. Somehow, they couldn't access any of my policies when I was there. They could see the policies existed and gave me the policy numbers, but that was all they could do. My family and I have had many different policies through this agency for over 15 years, but they can no longer be trusted. There is no way we could trust this agency to assist us in any way should we ever need them. Goodbye."
