I’m so thankful for her as I was losing faith in Direct Auto… My policy was not renewable because it was believed that I was renting out my car to others but, they were also charging me for renting my car out to others (a crazy mixup due to a mistake of another rep back in June - that had also caused my insurance to go from $300 to $500). Thanks to Valerie from PC… I have a smile on my face and insurance on my cars! She was super nice, patient and represented Direct Auto and defended me very well!"

"If I could I would give this company no stars. My premium was increased 2 months after having a policy with them I had to call them 3 times and everyone kept lying to me and giving me different answers of why it happened. Since I had proof of continuous coverage and no accidents on my record. It turns out that they were misleading me and the premium they charged me for the first 2 months would no longer be that price. If I would've known I would've never chose them."

"Terrible customer service and they claim their policies are Florida laws. You do not need a new insurance to cancel if you do not have a plate on the vehicle. Had coverage for one day and tried charging me $70 for one day!! This place Is scamming people out of money by not knowing how to do their jobs and reading the contracts that say no cancelation fees before 30 days."
