"It’s packed most of the time, and it can be challenging to find a parking spot. My experience at the optical was great. First time I use them, and I must say my glasses were ready much faster than expected, and I paid substantially less than what I’ve paid at other places."

"We went to the Costco in Kendall Florida on Thursday January 25th 2024. We went to look at the big screen TV’s. We were met by Andrew who was Extremely Helpful. He helped us place the order in store through the web site to be delivered and installed. We were told to look for a call/text in the next 2 or so hrs. I checked several times through the rest of the day and received nothing. Friday I checked a few more times nothing. At 5pm I looked on line at the order. It showed that the TV order had been canceled, the install was not. I called customer service and spend more than an hour on the phone. The nice gentleman I spoke with couldn’t understand why it had been canceled and I hadn’t received any notice about it ( TV we were told would be delivered Saturday, Install on Monday ). He had to consult another department as to why?? He informed me that because we purchased the Allstate Warranty it was flagged. The Costco Algorithm said the debt card that was used was from “ out of the country “. It’s from a credit union in Illinois?? This is the only card we use in-store and online to make purchases with them. Not only was the Algorithm incorrect, we weren’t notified at all!!! I spoke with a very nice female manager, she said that nothing could be done at that point. I find that unacceptable. The online part of the company was wrong and didn’t notify us there was a problem. This is what happens when humans aren’t involved!! I will be contacting corporate about this issue. The in store interaction was great, customer service was great. The fact that human hands are tied when the Algorithm is wrong is NOT!!!"

"For whatever reason this location is very busy and crowded and parking and even checking out and walking to your car can be a challenge. Inside is always clean and organized. If you need to return something often that line can be long. Overall this is a very busy shopping mall with many of popular stores but if you time your visits it could be less frustrating but often you will find yourself driving around looking for a place to park. Costco is a great place to shop. I have been happy with their check out employees they work quickly and efficiently to get people in and out with other employees that help. The food court is wonderful with great prices and fresh food served quickly."
