"Just go somewhere else this firm is unprofessional and incompetent. I had to call another firm to help me out because this firm didn’t prepare the right documents for my interview. Funny thing I called the office from outside the country because I couldn’t finalize my interview for a missing form and they said “we’ll give you a call back when he is available”. Hahaha they never called back and they called me two months later saying “hi we calling to ask if you went to your interview”. Thanks god the other firm were really helpful and I finalized my immigration process but I had to spend money in two firm for the unprofessionalism and incompetence of Southern start immigration.
