"Wake up to water pipe leaking in the bathroom from the ceiling, tried to move me to another room on top floor, no can do, I am disabled bodied an neurologically disabled. Not worth risking my body nor brain, I wouldn't allow my brain nor bodily to be damage knowing the risks. Wouldn't risk my life."
"I booked the hotel last minute for my son because of a car breakdown. My son stood outside the hotel for over an hour. No one answered the doors, my son had to sleep in his car and deal with the police being called on him. Calling customer service proved to be no help, they couldn't get in touch with anyone either."
