"I waited in line to print 29 papers for one hour. I tried to print at the self serve area and the printer was incapable of printing all 29 documents at once, so I had to print one at a time. One paper took approximately 5 minutes to print. Had I tried to print the rest, I would have spent another hour there. There were approximately 6 employees in the store and not one of them could have helped speed up the wait and frustration. I asked for a manager and he sent an employee to tell me “he’s not allowed to be there and that I had to wait” TERRIBLE SERVICE! I think I am more inclined to print at a local library than EVER come back again."
