"I’ve had to ask the employees to reprint my order on two separate occasions. The errors on the prints were obvious and when they presented them to me, said nothing about it. I had to point out the errors both times for them to take initiative and reprint them. Clearly do not care about quality here."

"Went to this location last week Jamie was so helpful and sweet. This man named Steve was rude and very short with me when i was asking why one of my twelve print codes printed in color but the rest didnt. His response was very rude and short. He kept saying the same thing “well its the default setting YOU needed to change it before you confirming the print.” I responded with “someone should be over at the printers helping.” He responded there is someone over there with extreme attitude, yea one person running the counter/ checkout not until he seen Jamie running around like a chicken with her head cut off did he decide to send another employee over to help.Which by that time i was already 10 print codes in and Jamie had to help others. Ive never had a bad experience at staples until that day. I will now be making sure to take my office business to another place. I pray he is just a employee and not a manager because management like him cost establishments to loss good customers/ employees."
