Big companies should invest in good customer service, it makes a huge difference with the consumer. And adds value to the business."

"Emily, a designer was able to track down and arrange for shipping a tile that was discontinued but I was desperately in need of to finish my project. She was so helpful and incredibly pleasant, a role model of ultimate customer service. I really appreciate superior service because she is a rare commodity in the retail world. Thank you Emily!"

"I was having my bathtub replaced and was buying supplies to repair the tile. My first visit was very pleasant. I purchased 30 tiles and was told to purchase whatever I needed that I could bring it back. If it wasn't used. I had to come back a separate day to purchase 30 more so I just grabbed a full box. When the job was completed, I brought back the unused supplies and was told that since I purchased a whole box I could not return them. I told the cashier that I had purchased the same tile individually the day before if I couldn't return them because they were in a case, why couldn't I return them as singular since I had purchased 30 single tiles. I was told no. I told her that the sales person had told me the day before that I could return any unused items. She very rudely educated me to read my receipt. It's printed on the receipt that you cannot return tile if you purchase them in a case.. I will never shop there again. It's a shame becautse he tile I was returning was only valued at around $4. It's a shame to lose a customer over such a small amount."

"We purchased some porcelain slabs and redid our master bathroom shower. It’s beautiful !!! And so easy to clean compared to a lot of tile grout !"

"Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by some Floor & Decor “Care to Share” social media customer service. I was requested to send my review and information even though there was no name attached to the email. I sent everything along with receipts in the hopes someone would do something. I was told someone would be contacting me from my store and that the person who wrote that email would be following up (even though I had no idea who wrote the email). I received an email today saying that the customer service person who emailed me was very happy that I received $8.01 refund of and item that was another wrong item sold to me and that should I need anything further, blah, blah, blah. Honestly, another waste of my time and my bad, as I should have known dealing with this store or its employees would be a total waste of time as proved to be. They never addressed the problem. Took another star away due to wasting my time. Shop there only if you know exactly what you need, and don’t have to bother with their employees. Original review: If you don’t have full knowledge if the project you are doing along with everything you need, then do not ask the staff at this store because they do not know. We had our bathroom remodeled in 2017 with tile, and picked up all of the products we need per the contractor. We asked for sealed grout. We apparently didn’t know at the time that the Mei Pei grout they sold was not sealed and their sales people told us it was. Move forward 2 years and my grout turned black from mold. The contractor looked at it and said that the grout was not sealed and would have to be removed and replaced. Cost me an additional $500 to replace the grout with a sealed silicone. Oh and we went back to the store to get the silicone and the contractor spoke to the sales person to tell him exactly what we needed. Yet again, sales person sold us the wrong item. Management takes no responsibility. Better off going to Lowes or Home Depot! I gave 3 stars because they do have beautiful tile."
