"Highly recommend this place! I came to the store to mail a package when the gentleman who came to drop off a package said some unkind things while leaving which the staff handled very well and explained to me why they charge for post-office dropoffs after he left and it was understandable. I have always been happy to pay a $1 for post-office packages. The staff is always kind and helpful with the packages I needed packaged and shipped. I have had absolutely zero troubles with my expensive items. They also do not charge you to print FedEx, UPS, or Amazon labels."
"These people charge you if you bring your own package and shipping label while everyone else takes it for free don't go here these people are ripping everyone off and they aren't from this country either which makes sense"

"DON'T DO ANYTHING URGENT OR IMPORTANT HERE!!! I was there in early February for a passport photo. The person working there was on phone talking in his own language for almost all of the duration I was there. All the questions I asked were ignored saying the machine will handle everything. Passport application came back because of bad photos and ruined our travel plans. It came back with the reasoning that I specifically asked him about. The shadows were the problem! I don't want your refund. DO your job right, so unprofessional!"
"Harry was extremely helpful and assisted me in packaging my box before the USPS driver left so that my item shipped out same day. I will definitely use them again in the future, but be aware that you may want to pack yout item ahead of time because the bubble wrap here is a little pricey. Still definitely worth it for the quality customer service"
