"Overall very much let down. I did a complete gut renovation on a condo last year and my contractor used bathroom boutique for all the kitchen and bathroom needs. While many of the items look beautiful the quality seems to be lacking for what you pay. I have attached pictures of two sinks that haven't even been installed/used for a year. I told my contractor immediately about the bathroom sink and the material had spots on it. Even after cleaning they are still showing and it's almost like small pebbles in the material. After 3 months of using the kitchen sink it started to discolor. My contractor contacted the owner and they didn't even have the decency to come and view the sinks. The comment was someone must have used a chemical in the sink to cause this which is absolutely not true. I also experienced purchasing additional accessories I have before and once I get home and give to the contractor, they gave me the wrong item when all they had to do was match what I purchased before. After spending many of thousands of dollars for 3 bathrooms, showers and a kitchen you would have thought the least they could do would be to come onsite and few the defects, but they refused. While I get sometimes materials have defects and that's OK, but the fact the owner refused to come onsite or send someone and made a wrong assumption is why I would never recommend them or not use them again."

In summary, I cannot recommend Bath Boutique Store to anyone seeking quality products at a fair price. Their inflated prices, combined with the dismal quality of their merchandise and lackluster customer service, make this establishment one to avoid. Save your hard-earned money and explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver value for your purchases."

"I loved this store. I went in to look, but was under the impression that I wasn't going to find anything because I wasn't remodeling my bathrooms now, but to my surprise they have accessories to decorate your bathroom, vases and other accessories for the living room, dinnerware, a beautiful section with cool gadgets for the kitchen, accessories that are perfect to give as gifts. The owner attends the store personally and the staff was very friendly. They have a big parking lot in the back, which is a great plus!!! Although they have very high end pieces, the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend it."
