"I normally don’t write reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience with Kitchenworks recently that I feel compelled to write one. I was in the market for a Sub Zero refrigerator. You can image that with the pandemic this was not an easy task. I was contacted by Armand from Kitchenworks. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made the ordering process very easy. We discussed a date for delivery. To be honest, I was not convinced that the date was real. Not only was the date exactly what he promised, he sent Joel over a week before to examine my old refrigerator and take measurements so that there would be no surprises when the unit was installed. Joel and Leroy showed up as promised on the date of delivery. The installation was done professionally and both Joel and Leroy took the time to explain the installation process and how the unit worked. I would unequivocally recommend Kitchenworks. The next time I need any appliances or renovations to my kitchen, Kitchenworks will be the first one I call."
