"Oren and his wife are both incredibly informative, punctual, and so nice! We called and he came out the same day, he took our dryer apart to find the past repair man fixed it with duct tape. Oren was nice enough to repair all of the issues that the past repair man caused while also fixing the issue we had called for. We have had many people work on our house in the past and Oren and Five Star Appliance are the only ones we’ve been able to trust. Our dryer is working perfectly now and we will only be calling Five Star Appliance for all of our future needs!!! Thank you guys!!!"

"I am always nervous about having any appliance repair done because unlike most people I do not have my own personal repair person on speed dial who I can trust to be honest with me. I found Five Star Same Day Appliance Repair on my own and decided to give them a try. I must say the experience was what I hoped it would be. Orin allowed me to be a part of this experience as he took the time to demonstrate and explain everything as he was doing the repair. He also gave me tips on how to better care for my appliance. "When our refrigerator went on the fritz, we called the manufacturer's factory service. They couldn't come for a week and wanted a chunk of change up front to just diagnose the problem. We called Five Star. They came the same day (even though are call was late in the day), quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix it immediately. Moreover, their charges were extremely fair (much lower than the manufacturer's factory service). They even followed up the next morning with a call to make sure everything was working properly. We highly recommend them and have already done so to friends and family. Definitely a keeper!"

"Came to our home in Florida and discovered the washer was not working as it should. We called FIVE STAR and got a same day diagnosis appointment. The woman who answered to schedule the appointment was super pleasant (hard to come by these days). Oren showed up and went to one supply house and they were out of the part he needed. He said he could come back Monday, which was fine. Unbeknownst to us, he went out of his way to go to another supply house and found the part. He called and said he’d be returning that same day. We were very happy, this way we didn’t need to go to the laundromat over the weekend. Our dishwasher was repaired within 24hrs and would have been faster had we been available earlier for Oren to come by to evaluate it. Oh and he is very clean with the repairs.
