"Purchased one month of unlimited deluxe car wash for one car at the drive thru. Never signed anything that was the deal. Found out that Mister Car Wash took $32.50 on September 12, 2023 and again on October 12, 2023. For what..Extortion. Tried calling corporate 5 times to 3 different departments, nothing. Called the local Mister Car Wash where I went. No one answered my 4 phone calls. So I went to the cars wash in person. Found 4 people in the office, spoke to the manager and all he did was apologize. Manager sent in a refund request 8 days ago. Still waiting for the credits to be put back on my CC. Pretty pathetic when a company does this type of thing to there own customers. Update 12/12/2023...Still no credit has shown up from Mister Car Wash."

"I’m in the area vacationing and was impressed by this place. I had passed by a few days before going there to wash my car. I paid for the $10 regular car wash which doesn’t include wax or anything like that. When I got back to where I am staying the same day, I realized most of the car was clean but the entire rear end was still completely dirty, like it didn’t get washed at all. I didn’t drive through any dirt or mud after the wash, being in Florida cars stay clean for a long time after a wash. Was hoping to at least get the car clean with this wash. Note the dirt can be wiped off with a finger, is not oil or anything. It’s more like a dust. The rest of the car was covered in the same road grime and it cleaned it up pretty well. The attendant (young lady) is very kind and attentive."
