"My experience was terrible. They did nothing in the checklist that they said. Never offered me windshield wipers, air filter etc. The reason was because MOST PEOPLE GET mad when they ask so they just didn't do it. This was in St. Petersburg FL. I have my receipt. Not to mention the fact I paid almost 40 dollars more than I did the last time. Which was the first time I had ever gone. Ron was the manager. But was not present at the time and he proceeded to yell at me and had no answer for the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLUS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, NO ONE ANSWERS. AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM A COMPATENT PERSON TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED."

Most of these places tell you to replace your air filter regardless of what it looks like. They showed me my air filter was still good and didn’t need to be replaced.
