"Do not use this company! The 1 star is for their design process and initial customer support. Jared helped us design our outdoor patio and kitchen. He was great and that is where it stops. Just to list a handful of problems: we received the wrong pavers 3 times, the paver company put a lien on our house Not because we did not pay the bill, it was because Premier Outdoor Living did not pay the paver company because of an internal dispute between the 2 companies, the pole barn was put in the wrong location and had to be moved, 3 of the 4 poles are crooked, we could not pass the plumbing inspection after 4 attempts so we finally called our house plumber to fix the problem, they missed every deadline, we had to reach out to the owner for resolution, and we just paid an $800 bill to get the gas lines fixed. There is more but in summary it was a nightmare project that kind of looks like a DIY job. We recently asked to be reimbursed but because we did not go back to Premier to let them try to correct we were refused. I would not let them do anything at my house - ever."

"Premier Outdoor Living and Design Team created a beautiful, spacious outdoor kitchen on our lanai for entertaining family & friends!!! From the initial meeting to the design & planning with Kyle was absolutely fantastic! He was attentive to our wishes and requests!!! He provided a visual perspective of our plans, which turned out to be amazing!!! From the beginning to the end of the construction, Tony kept us informed on the next steps and anticipated times for the work completion!!! He was responsive to questions, concerns, and was always being available in less than 24 hours. He was super informative and always willing to accommodate for needs!!! We had no clue that our project would be completed as quickly and efficiently as it was!!! Outstanding customer service and support was provided by the team!! "Premier Outdoor was phenomenal to work with on our outdoor kitchen addition and curved built in bench seating. Jared was welcoming and worked with us through an iterative design process and helped us work through the best granite selection to meet our taste. Dennis was fantastic onsite project managing the various facets of our project, from demo, pool paver and grading changes, to the actual building of the kitchen. We were even able to make some critical design changes that allowed us to better fit our space during the implementation. We are absolutely thrilled with the timeline, process, and very detailed organization of this company! We’ve had some issues with contractors in the past, so this entire process was so impressive to us.
