"I started one fat frog, March 3, 2023 since today that we are October 25 I still receive no answer from trailer is not done yet. They never return my calls. I want in person and ask them to return my money because they don’t have not even started one percent of the trailer, but they say no. I know I’m not the only one. Go to BBB look one fat frog and see how many complaints. I did my review a while ago still no answer. But they move location and have a different page where they try to get new customers and keep customers money. Their excuse is, there’s so behind because material but they keep taking new customers and of course before they you sign the contract the customer service is amazing after that they customer service it’s just a lie. Update: If you finance with clicklease that is then let’s say you get approved for $20.000 you will paid $40.000 I paid $1.130 monthly for 5 month plus $2,000 down payment and when they finish I will paid the rest. They never finish my trailer so all that monthly payments they want to keep it. Imagine is that happened to more people how much money they are making with out doing anything. There more company doing trailer out there with good reviews"

"This is definitely one of the worst companies to do business with on the planet. Don't take my word for it just take a look at the number of complaints they have on BBB to the point they had to remove their Business from the page. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT under any circumstance do business with One fat frog. All the sales reps are scam artists especially the one named Julio. Every bad review you see is the absolute truth and I'm convinced the others are paid reviews at this point. One of their managers Patrick hung up on me when I proceeded to tell him what their reputation is like and seems like they're now screening my calls. They guaranteed us 16 weeks for pickup and last call from Patrick he was telling me they haven't even started on my build yet. At this point they're playing with my family's livelihood and I WILL NOT let them get away with it. Seriously do not spend a dime with this company they are scammers and at this point they need to be held criminally liable. I filled a complaint with the state of Florida and they lied to them that they've been in constant communication with me. The last time I spoke to an actual person Brittany was in August and I was told she would call and check in every Monday. I'm guessing September through December doesn't have any mondays in em"

"This is a junk company, don't buy food trailers from them. they take the money from people and after that one doesn't answer calls or return calls . my wife put money and they promise that they are give the money back and we are still waiting ."

"My wife and I run Sugar Rush Marshmallows, and more than a year ago we began our adventure with One Fat Frog. Amin and Connie did an excellent job sharing our excitement there in our early stages and we were so looking forward to returning. Since then it has been an adventure for sure, but here on the other side of it, I can confidently say that in my experience I'm positive that they are doing the best they can to get an excellent job done for as many people as possible. If you're a food business and you want to get a food truck or food trailer built, these are the guys to work with. One thing to be sure to inform you of, though, is that it is going to take so much longer than they can estimate and longer than you can prepare yourself for (at least in our experience) Communication while our trailer was in production was far less than we had hoped for and expected and was a fairly great source of frustration for us, which is my one complaint with the Frog. That is something that I wish they would try to tighten up on. The process of production is something that any owner is going to want to be able to keep track of and I think the sales reps could do better jobs keeping their clients involved. But Connie, Amin, and all of the guys doing the build outs were awesome. As was our sales guy, Jimmie (and he continues to be.) The trailer we received was perfect and any minor adjustments they have been quick to deal with. Our questions (which were many!) didn't stop when we pulled away with the trailer and I can happily say that the Frog team has been quick to answer all questions, been a valuable source of advice, and is a place I'm happy to take my trailer back for updates, adjustments, etc. We will be returning to them in the future if/when we need another truck or trailer done, for sure. I sincerely appreciate the work they are doing and have been very impressed by the "aftercare" which is something many businesses don't seem to place importance on. If you want do get into this business, this is the place to go to get your dreams to come true."
