"I cannot speak highly enough of Graham Gould and his business! He is truly an artist with his designs and takes his customer's satisfaction as a priority. We had Justin as the installer and he took fantastic care of our home and made sure everything was in better condition than when he arrived. Our custom closet system is everything I could have hoped for! Graham designed a system to utilize all the dead space we had in our closet to give us maximum style and storage! Our closet is a must see for anyone coming to visit our home! He also gave us so much more storage room in our pantry! Once again, I cannot recommend a better professional for any of your needs that he can accommodate! I will definitely be keeping him on my #1 contact list for any upcoming project I may have."

"Not sure about the guy below, but I had nothing but a good experience with Tom and Care Free. This company has done work in two of my last homes and we are now using them again. Was very pleased to learn that the same installers that have worked in last two homes are still there and will be installing my new systems. In fact, I also had Mark the installer design and install a display system at my business last year. They are now designing the systems on a program to where I can see a 3D rendering before hand. I had to call and ask about this review below, and it was comical to hear the real story. Will post pics of my office and jobs they installed this year soon."

"BEWARE , they will negotiate a price at your home and call you later at tell you that you have to do some of the work yourself! If I could give zero stars I would but I have to give at least one to write a review. I am very upset that Tom Selby came out to give me a quote, we negotiated the price, he said he would get back to me. At the end of the appointment he gave me a price and then called me after to let me know that I had to take down the existing shelving shelving an patched the holes, if I had time to do that I would go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy the product myself and do it! He should have mentioned that upfront and not at the end! I should have stuck with a company that has been in business for a while and not one that has just been bought out by new owners.
