"Our design company bought a kitchen from this company. its the worst project we worked on, it’s truly horrible experience: 1- we agreed on farmer sink but They ordered normal sink base cabinets. when I asked to get the farmer sink cabinets They choose to NOT order the right cabinet but rather build one on site using parts from all kinds of cabinets ( different color too , Grey) ) along with 2x2's on the corner to hold the weight. the result is an unstable cabinets under my sink. 2- This company version of crown molding is a cheap baseboards from home depot they didn't even bother to paint to match the kitchen color. the same thing with all the filler pieces they installed, all cheap baseboards that are not meant for kitchen. We asked for the proper materials but they refused and offer $150 in credit! The correct materials cost is $600+ 3- the countertop is the biggest issue. They first said we will need two super mega slaps (147 sqft total ) to cover the kitchen and bathrooms. they called while the kitchen is installed to tell me its too much and only 1 slap is enough. They didn’t offer any price adjustment considering only half of the materials we bought will be used so i asked to use the countertop extra materials as kitchen backsplash. They came to the house and took measurements, they confirm it will be enough materials and agreed to do it. They pushed the installation job for a week and the called the day before installation saying that they don’t have enough countertop to cover all the backsplash! They leveraged our countertop for another kitchen job. Charles refuse to admit that but we measured and got 2 professionals to measure too and we all confirmed that 2 super slaps will be more than enough to cover the whole projects (84 sqft total is what we need) . this is a theft of thousands of $$ magnitude. We ended up with half of the kitchen backsplash missing and we cant find another way to match it without buying another super slap just for this area. in addition to all this drama the fabrication job along with the installation is literally Sh*t. Had our both slaps been used and not stolen, we would have ONE piece that goes above the oven and on the sides. NOT 3 pieces with quartz lines UNMATCHED. 4- the kitchen cabinet design is also wrong. the microwave cabinet is a cabinet we cant find a microwave for. CD tampa solution to this is to buy any over the range microwave and put in a 30' wide cabinet! i had to ask the countertop installer to alter the countertop installation to allow for extra hight space for a microwave to fit ( we had 16.5' with CD tampa design and we changed the countertop hight to allow it to be 19'. To cover the 3 inch gap they installed cheap baseboard piece from home depot that is primed only and dont match the kitchen color! 5- the oven space wasn't enough to slide the oven in! I had to get my handyman to make it correct and we found that the cabinet on the right side of the oven is not leveled and the countertop is installed following the same unleveled cabinet. 6- the installation job of the kitchen cabinets is so unprofessional and took weeks! in the end, all lines dont match, all colors dont match, they made a wrong hole in one of the cabinet doors while installing the door handles. also many scratches were made by them while installing and they were left unfixed. The focus of this company owner was gl try to pull all of the contract amount before even finishing the Job while refusing to admit or fix of discount the price for us to get this project done right. They sight their service agreement which cancel an imaginary discount if the job cost is not paid when it’s complete. We hold the last $1000 until the job is actually complete and corrected On top of all the above, they left all the kitchen cabinet boxes for us to deal with instead of hauling them away as he should. Horrible experience, deceptive people and we DONT recommend to anyone!"
