"Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. There is lack of customer service. This may be a reflection of poor management on the owners part. I enjoy shopping at North Tampa or Brandon. The owner seems to be very selfish and does not treat the staff properly. I also noticed a lot of the 5 star reviews are from the staff. I hope the owner is paying them for their time to post. Spend your money and time elsewhere."

"I really dont feel like OUAC offers a fair value for the items brought in. No matter nwt or gently used you get pennies on the dollar but if you buy items there they are priced higher then some new items. Its sad I took new items and was offered 2.00 I paid 32.00 for the item and I know they arent going to sell a nwt item for 2 or 3 dollars. It also seems like your appearance determines the quality of the offer as well. SAD!!!! I DEFINITELY WONT BE SHOPPING WITH THIS CHAIN AGAIN....."
