"EDITED DUE TO UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR! The rental process couldn't be any simpler! Matter fact, online the deal was different than what was offered in person but they got it together and honored the online special for me regardless! Thank you for making it happen Glendy! Edited Version: Glendy never did anything to me. Enrique Brown harassed my daughter and scared her slamming on the door with his fist and beating the metal door knocker all the while yelling at 930 am in front of my house. Mind you she is a minor in the bathroom scared not knowing what is going to happen as the door was unlocked so as they Knocked it actually opened. She had to wait til they stepped away to lock the top lock so they couldn’t have entry into the house while her parents (I am dad) were not home. I have my neighbors writing a report on their own to go along with this review as they had no idea what was going on either as the vehicles did not have any logos on them whatsoever is why my daughter was so afraid also. The way that our door was pounded on repeatedly by a grown man yelling threats is NOT the way you conduct yourself! Buddy’s rental has been owed by me in my life and not once did they conduct themselves in this manner!! Mind you, I went in person to speak to them 3 days prior and explained to them when payment would be in. I was one day past the 15 day mark and balance wasn’t even $200.00. Totally unprofessional and I want to hear back from corporate regarding this matter so I can verbally explain the consequences and scars it has left my 13 year old daughter with.Look at the picture, “stop ducking me” Enrique says?! What type of establishment is this?"

"I'm very disappointed with them. My payment was due on Saturday i forgot Sunday they were closed Monday when i called to make my payment I was charged a late fee. I had never bern late before. I thought it was pretty cheesey. No grace period. No acknowledgement that i had never been late. After i pay off my merchandise i will not purchase another thing from them."
