"Had to find a person to purchase an expensive pair of shoes. Staffer was not happy to be at work. Mumbled with no eye contact. Twice I had to say no I wasn’t using a Macy’s card, to please remove the security sensor and repeat again what was the staffer said. WE thanked the staffer for shopping at Macy’s. Terrible customer experience."

"Very good place to shop. Good deals, plus upstairs " Backstage", which is a great discount floor. I had shopped there many times, and recently discovered the deals upstairs. Check out for deals for Christmas and rest of December. No, I don't work there, just love this place."

"Today, my family and I visited Macy's in search of a specific garment. When my mother-in-law approached a salesperson, the lady rudely interrupted, claiming she couldn't speak Spanish. Despite my mother-in-law being fluent in both Spanish and English, the salesperson continued with a negative attitude. I reassured her that there was no need for Spanish. Frustrated, we left without purchasing the other items we had selected. There were better ways to handle this situation, and her customer service was disappointing. If I could rate with zero stars, I would."

"Great sales and a great section called Backstage upstairs with great deals on apparel, homegoods and luggage. Store not busy on this Saturday morning, yet there were plenty of associates to help. Good customer service."
