"This was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. My mom and I went in to have a classic manicure and pedicure, and I will start by saying that the woman who did my mom’s nails was lovely and did a wonderful job. The man who did my nails could not have given me a worse experience. My nails look horrible, he did not speak to me at all to give me any sort of instructions, and rushed through the entire thing. I came in to relax and enjoy the experience with my mom, and instead I left very upset and will now need to redo my nails for my special event tomorrow. I will never be back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location as well."

"I decided to come here the day before my wedding of course to get pretty for my big day. I was so upset with Amy as she wasn’t in a good mood. I kept telling her what I want and she seems like she didn’t want to do it then decided to do my toes and she didn’t even add nothing to the water. Quick 5 mins pedicure that was $30 no massage nothing. I’m officially done coming here. It’s a beautiful place but the employees gotta get better."
"Went to get a set of acrylics here as my sister recommended them but unfortunately I was unhappy with my results. Most nails are completely lopsided, thick and all different shapes and lengths. I felt too bad to mention it to my nail tech and paid $70 and left thinking I may be able to salvage them by filing them myself at home but unfortunately they were pretty much unsalvageable. My tech was a little older with glasses so it’s possibly a vision impairment issue but ultimately I won’t return to this nail tech. 3 stars because the staff are great and I previously had a great pedicure done here."
"I got a dip manicure from Ruby. Perfect! Zero bumps. Completely even. Absolutely awesome job. My daughter got a gel manicure from Lam. Best one she ever has gotten. She chose red with heart charms. Honestly the best place in Orlando we've been to."
