"Buyer Beware of these unethical people the owner and his wife we believe. We ordered a sofa 2 times and it was delivered wrong 1st time then a year later it was delivered and missing 2 pieces ! They were missing 2 pieces of the sofa.Unbelievable! Then they said we will have Italy make the missing pieces and build and ship from Italy .Now 2 years later they wrote us a 10K check - sent us a picture of it then never sent it. Said they would refund our credit card and never did. Then they said we have to wait till Italy wire transfers the money which never happened . 7 months later we reached out and they said sorry we cant refund you till we sell the couch! They are Liars and keep changing the story ! BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION FROM THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE ! If we did not call them 7 months later we would have never heard from them i believe. All we ask is to do what you said you would do in the emails we have compiled in 15 pages with proof . We want a resolution that is fair and we will gladly amend these google reviews immediately."
