"Couldn’t find a computer for my 1995 Jeep anywhere (nobody makes new ones). This company was the ticket for sure, very happy with the outcome. The computer was shipped a little late, but I would rather it be correct when received than rushed. Also, I would imagine they had some trouble finding a core."

"Please do not waste your time or money ordering from this place! They act professionally to get your money but it goes downhill from there. Phone calls are not returned, false promises are made, and the only person I ever talked to, Sergio, tried to pretend like he was one of his relatives when I was upset about the issues that spanned from Oct 2015 until Jan 2016. Additionally, I had to make numerous calls to even get the part delivered because it did not come as promised. When I received the part it was defective. The company representative, Sergio, tried to imply that the mechanic and I were trying to run a scam when I asked for a refund. After returning the part I had difficulty getting answers to my calls. Finally, three weeks after ACD received the returned part I have received the refund but only after several calls, emails and filing a dispute with my credit card company. Side note: No matter what I said to Sergio or how frustrated I was, his tone of voice never changed. He has the scam down to a science."

"What is going on with this company? So they know who it is my name is Luis S. I bought a TCU thru Ebay on12/3/14 for a 92 Accord. Never received it, I called them and got nothing but excuses so I filed a dispute on 12/15/14 a few days later I received the TCU. They charge you $75 core separately again I have not received my $75 core. I sent out the core by USPS on 12/18/14 they got it 12/22/14 so I filed a dispute on 1/15/15 thru Paypal after several calls and nothing but BS excuses.My customer has driven her 92 Accord for a hole month now so far so good. Lets see what happens with there life time warranty. Don't play with my hard earned money ACD Inc. Thank you PayPal and Ebay for taking car of my money......"

"I have 3 circle track racing cars on which I won the last 2 championships with and has me on top with the most points points so far this year. These guys really know the products they sell and have always provided excellent customer support. If I need a wiring diagram for a new engine swap or have any of those head scratching questions, they have always been very kind and helpful. I tried them out after another company's garbage computer went out on me mid race. Their chipped 37820P28A02 computers look and perform great and have brought me a lot of success on the track. No more aggravation dealing with computer problems. I used them on every engine swap or build on my customers vehicles, Surgio works his magic every time."

"I have purchased numerous computers from auto computers direct for my customers at my shop since they come programmed and the prices are great. I don't have the programmers necessary for programming a new computer purchased at the dealership and my customers cant afford the dealership prices, so thanks to them I have been able to keep my customers happy and coming back to my shop by saving them money without me having to spend ridiculous money on the special programmers required to install a dealership computer. They have even gone out of their way by testing computers I've sent them free of charge in 2 occasions that I wasn't sure if the computer or the wiring was the problem and sergio and anthony even sent me the wiring diagrams by email to help me out. They know the cars they sell the product for and I'm very pleased with their customer service."
