"Awesome Service, Renel went the extra mile and gave customer service like family. I made an appointment for the evening thinking I didn’t have time to do in morning before work. Renel gave me a call immediately after submitting appt online. Checked in and asked if possible to come earlier. Called him back, they ended up taking care of it quick and easy in morning. Mike the tech worked quick and got me back on the road."
"4 times I went to this places to get a tire patched but they never have time even on Sunday they were doing nothing and told me they can’t do it, I came back on Monday and one of the employees looked at me head to toes and told me to go to another place because they aren’t going to do anything for me, racism ?? Really??? Never again I will ever come back or even recommend this place…. Shame on you guys…"

"After calling the Pep Boys on 12251 W Sunrise Blvd and being quoted $150 for removing old car tags and installing my new one, I called Tires Plus and was reassured by Renel that they would be happy to assist free of charge. When arriving to the location, Renel quickly helped me connect with Chadwick who was extremely friendly and helpful with helping me remove and installing my new tags.
