"Took my car here for a oil change. Audi s5 that requires castrol 5w 40. 10 days after receiving my oil change my oil light came on and requested oil additional to me noticing the new ticking noise on the left side of my motor caused by the thin oil they used which was 5w 20. I came back for them to correct the problem. They changed it and put O'Reilly 5w 40. After driving off from the lot Immediately went back because my car is now driving sluggish and sounds different. NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED THEY RUINED MY MOTOR AND HAS AN ATTITUDE AS IF IT WAS HIS CAR RUINED. THEY WILL BE HEARING MORE ABOUT THIS"

"This man James is a rip off and it’s sad this shop pray on females. I had to call the police here and he acted like someone was the aggressor person after me asking before I pay can I ensure my car work. You charged me to diagnose my car but didn’t tell me the car needed a jump! 749 dollars later and it’s sad to say my car still not working. I will never take my car here ever again and James God will deal with you"
