"WARNING!!! If you are doing business with or have been contracted by 'Shores Global' or 'Innovation Lounges Marketplace', make sure to demand final payment before work completion. We were contracted by this company to do an 30ft oversized bar for a hotel. We've completed the work for them in 1/3 of the time we would usually allocate for this type of project because their reps begged us due to a very constraint schedule with the hotel. We spent a lot of our own money on all supply and materials... After installation, there was a minor / very small divot (not detectable with the naked eye) in one spot of the bar. We've been trying to make arrangements with them to remove it for over 6 months and they keep using the hotel's inability to close that particular bar for a week as an excuse. They've already got the money from the hotel and they still owe us $15,000 for the job, which they're holding ransom for the small divot (NO JOKE)... You can smell all the GREED from the owner who's playing the "I've got your money and there's nothing you can do about it!" approach. It's very sad when large companies takes advantage of Moms/Pops stores because they think they just can!!! Again, make sure to protect yourself dealing with this company!!!"
