"We turned to Best Servicers of America for a repair on our washer, originally purchased from Lowe’s, after it began dispensing water while not in use. Expecting a straightforward repair, we were disappointed with the outcome. The technician ordered and replaced the valve and what was explained to us as the computer system of the washer. Regrettably, this repair led to a new and more significant issue. Now, the washer fails to complete its wash cycles, consistently stopping at the 36-minute mark and entering an endless spin. This has made the machine entirely unusable for its primary function. In seeking a resolution, we were informed that we need to submit a new ticket with Lowe’s to address this subsequent malfunction. This process has been frustrating and disappointing. What was initially a minor issue has escalated into a complete breakdown of functionality due to the service provided. We had hoped for a repair that would restore our washer to working order, not leave it in a worse condition. We are reaching out through this review with the hope that Best Servicers of America will take swift action to rectify this situation and demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service"

"Honestly super disappointed will never gets Lowe’s protection again I would rather get whirlpool. flamingo at least comes next day to for diagnosis . Super service techs are lazy I made a call about one problem and they just caused my washer to not work. Super disappointed in this company. Horrible service makes you wait a wait a week for a diagnosis and then another week for the order,. I understand waiting for the week for the piece but a week for a diagnosis terrible company super disappointed and so mad at the lazy technician I would never ever recommend them"

I was able to make the appointment online which was followed up with a phone call and an email confirmation. The technician Andre called 30 minutes before he arrived and fixed the problem right away. I would use this company even if I didn’t have an extended warranty"
