"I have bought furniture from this store several times and never had any issues. This last time was no exception, the gentleman who helped us was Jim and he was very friendly and helpful. As always, the delivery was made when they said it would be. They send you a text and all you have to do is reply. The only reason I took off a star is because once they put my new bed together, it turned to be impossibly high. I can't even reach the nightstand when I'm on it. The floor model I saw at the store wasn't like that. If the model had been as high as my bed is, I wouldn't have bought it so I feel deceived in that regard. They need to build the floor models the way they actually are so customers can know what they will be getting."
